Clear licences. Direct from the photographer. No hidden extensions.

Every image on Epic28 is available under the three standard licences below, with pricing shown on each image page. Bulk, extended, and bespoke rights quoted on request.

Editorial — Web

For use in editorial online publication — a single article, across its page, feed, AMP, and archive. One year from date of purchase. Worldwide territory. Photographer credit required.

• Included: publisher social channels promoting the article for the licence term
• Excluded: third-party syndication, sponsored posts, advertising placements

Editorial — Print

For use in a single print issue of a magazine, newspaper, or book — worldwide distribution. Includes the publication’s own digital replica edition. Photographer credit required on the image or credits page.

• Size and placement: any
• Excluded: subsequent reprints, licensed territories beyond original, commercial tie-ins

Team — Internal

For team, sponsor, and brand internal use. Boardroom presentations, internal comms, hospitality lounges, team yearbooks (distributed to staff/partners only), employee newsletters, and driver press kits.

• Excluded: external advertising, paid media placements, product packaging, third-party licensing
• Extension to external commercial use: contact us for a separate quote

Bulk & Bespoke Licensing

For season passes, archive access, syndication feeds, or rights outside these tiers (billboards, sponsor campaigns, global buyouts, perpetual use), we price per brief. Typical bespoke requests:

• Season-long editorial feed — unlimited web use for a single title
• Team archive licence — unlimited internal use across a race team or manufacturer programme
• Advertising campaign — one or more images, defined media, defined term
• Book and exhibition rights

Delivery

Licences are issued instantly on payment. Full-resolution files are delivered via signed, single-use download links valid for 72 hours. Links can be re-issued from your Purchases dashboard at any time while the licence remains valid. Image metadata is preserved — IPTC caption, byline, copyright, and keywords travel with the file.

Abuse & Enforcement

We monitor download patterns and public reuse. Unauthorised redistribution, syndication outside the licensed scope, or use beyond the licence term may result in invoicing at our standard extended-rights rate, account suspension, and — at the photographer’s election — pursuit of commercial damages.
